Having no idea what to expect as arrived on shoot at the Barbican Centre, I was happily greeted by a group of people.
After finding our spot to call our ‘base’, we moved into action!
The team was a wonderful collection of male and female, stylists, make up artist and photographers.
My first outfit was a wonderful white dress made by a Russian designer. Clean and pure on the front there was a large rose dripping into a mouth on the back.
This spot was my favourite as the backdrop worked so well with the structure of the building.
Next stop was the garage to make the most of the wonderful use of light and shade.
Dressed in a pretty summer dress by Warehouse.
Before I had my make up done for my next shoot I asked Jaks to take a portrait of me.
While she did – this photo was captured as I was sitting and believing “I am seen and know”. I felt such a peace and rest in this moment that took away any sense of strife. The ease of the end result was quite a lovely symbolic picture to me of the importance of peace.
NExt stop was probably my favourite one.
Feet in the water we had polaroids taken as well as digital.
I loved the contrast of light as well as the way the skin glows in the darkness of the surroundings!
The water was fairly chilly but slowly my feet became accustomed to it.
A Vogue style shoot with white liner down my face to bring a different edge to it.

Hidden in the gardens I found my favourite flower and planted myself by it!
